1. Promoter
This Bingo event is conducted by Coin by Coin Ltd (“CBC”).
2. Eligibility
- Entry is open to Australian residents only unless otherwise stated.
- Participants must be 18 years or older.
- All players must be members of the Coin by Coin Prize Hub Facebook group at the time of play.
- CBC reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any participant at its discretion.
3. Entry & Cards
- Entry to Bingo is free unless otherwise specified.
- Eligible participants will be issued Bingo card(s) prior to the event.
- Free players receive one (1) card.
- Support Crew members receive three (3) cards per active subscription.
- Cards are assigned and tracked by CBC and are not transferable.
4. Gameplay Rules
- A valid Bingo is achieved by completing a full card
- Players must play their own card(s).
- Bingo must be called clearly in the comments (e.g. “BINGO”).
- Bingo must be called by the same account name used during sign-up.
5. Claim Process
- Once Bingo has been called, CBC will allow 30 seconds for any additional claims.
- All Bingo claims will be verified against the assigned card(s).
- Claims that cannot be verified will be deemed invalid.
6. Multiple Winners / Tie Rule
- If two or more players correctly call Bingo on the same number, the winner will be determined after the live has ended and Facebook has updated the comment timestamps. All tied Bingo calls will be reviewed, and the earliest valid Bingo claim based on the updated timestamps will be declared the winner. The Host's decision is final.
7. Prize Conditions
- Prizes will be as advertised for each Bingo event.
- Winners must respond within a reasonable timeframe (recommended: 24 hours) to claim their prize.
- If a winner does not respond, CBC reserves the right to redraw or reallocate the prize.
- Prizes are not transferable or redeemable for cash unless otherwise stated.
8. Conduct & Fair Play
- Participants must act in good faith and not engage in disruptive, abusive, or fraudulent behaviour.
- Use of multiple accounts, impersonation, or manipulation of gameplay may result in disqualification.
- CBC reserves the right to disqualify any participant who breaches these terms.
9. Technical & Platform Limitations
- Gameplay is conducted via live stream and/or social media platforms.
- Delays in video, comments, or notifications may occur and are outside CBC’s control.
- All decisions will be based on CBC’s view of the live draw and records.
10. Decisions
- All decisions made by CBC in relation to gameplay, claims, and winners are final and binding.
11. Liability
- CBC accepts no responsibility for:
- technical interruptions
- delayed or lost entries
- platform outages or connectivity issues
- To the extent permitted by law, CBC’s liability is limited to the provision of the prize.
12. Privacy
- By entering, participants agree to their details being used for:
- event administration
- prize fulfilment
- Personal information will not be sold or shared outside CBC operations.
13. Account Authenticity & Eligibility Clause
To protect the integrity of Coin by Coin Bingo and ensure a fair experience for all players, all participants must use a genuine and verifiable personal account.
Coin by Coin Ltd reserves the right to:
- Verify participant accounts prior to or during gameplay
- Refuse entry, suspend participation, or disqualify any player at its discretion
- Request reasonable proof of identity or account authenticity where concerns arise
Accounts that appear to be newly created, incomplete, inactive, or otherwise not representative of a genuine personal profile may be deemed ineligible at our discretion.
All decisions made by Coin by Coin Ltd regarding eligibility are final.
14. Changes to Terms
- CBC reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time.
