this privacy policy as ‘we’, ‘us’, or ‘our’).

If we collect personal information from individuals under the age of 18, this will relate only to applications for financial support provided by Coin by Coin. We will assess their capacity to consent on a case-by-case basis in accordance with the Australian Privacy Principles (APP) Guidelines.

As a general principle, an individual under the age of 18 may have the capacity to consent if they demonstrate sufficient maturity to understand the nature and consequences of what is being proposed. Important: Individuals under 18 are not permitted to purchase memberships, participate in raffles, or enter prize draws conducted by Coin by Coin.
