Coin by Coin Support Crew – Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern participation in the Coin by Coin Support Crew membership program operated by Coin by Coin Ltd (“CBC”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).

By subscribing to or participating in Support Crew, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

Support Crew is a community support membership designed to help support Coin by Coin’s charitable and community activities across Australia.

To participate in Support Crew, members must:

• Be an Australian resident;
• Be at least 18 years of age where required for promotional activities, raffles, giveaways or reward draws;
• Provide accurate contact and payment information;
• Comply with all applicable laws and these Terms & Conditions.

CBC reserves the right to refuse, suspend or cancel memberships at its discretion where misconduct, fraud, abuse or suspicious activity is identified.

Support Crew operates as a recurring subscription membership.

By subscribing, you authorise the nominated payment provider to automatically charge your selected payment method at the agreed interval unless cancelled prior to renewal.

Membership fees help support:

• community initiatives;
• charitable activities;
• operational costs;
• food relief programs;
• member engagement activities;
• and general Coin by Coin operations.

Membership payments are not purchases of raffle tickets, lottery entries or gambling products.

Support Crew members may receive access to various optional community perks and supporter rewards, including but not limited to:

• bonus supporter rewards;
• exclusive member reward draws;
• additional bingo participation benefits;
• selected raffle drop alerts;
• subscriber-only release opportunities;
• store discounts;
• early access opportunities;
• promotional giveaways;
• and other community appreciation benefits.

Benefits may change, rotate, pause or be removed at any time without notice.

CBC does not guarantee the availability, frequency or value of any particular benefit.

From time to time, CBC may conduct member appreciation rewards, supporter giveaways, promotional draws or community engagement activities.

These activities:

• are conducted separately from membership fees;
• may have separate rules or eligibility requirements;
• may be limited by Australian state or territory laws;
• and may be modified, suspended or cancelled at any time.

Additional promotional terms may apply to specific activities.

Void where prohibited by law.

CBC may conduct free promotional Bingo or community game events.

Support Crew members may receive additional participation perks such as bonus cards or automatic entry into free events.

Bingo participation:

• remains subject to availability;
• may require compliance with separate game rules;
• and may be restricted in certain jurisdictions.

CBC reserves the right to alter game formats, schedules, prizes or participation rules at any time.

Raffles conducted by CBC are separate activities and may operate under separate Terms & Conditions.

Certain raffles may:

• exclude specific states or territories;
• be conducted through third-party platforms;
• or require additional eligibility checks.

Members are responsible for ensuring participation is lawful in their state or territory.

Support Crew discounts apply only to eligible products as determined by CBC.

Discounts:

• cannot be transferred;
• cannot be exchanged for cash;
• and may not apply alongside other offers or promotions.

CBC reserves the right to modify or remove discounts at any time.

Members may cancel their subscription at any time through the original payment provider or subscription platform.

Unless required by Australian Consumer Law:

• membership fees are non-refundable;
• partial billing periods are not refunded;
• and unused membership benefits carry no cash value.

Cancelling a membership stops future renewals but does not refund previous payments.

If a payment fails:

• membership benefits may be paused or cancelled;
• promotional access may be removed;
• and member status may lapse until payment is successfully processed.

CBC is not responsible for failed payments caused by banks, payment providers or technical issues.

Members must not:

• abuse staff, volunteers or community members;
• engage in fraudulent activity;
• manipulate draws or promotional activities;
• harass other participants;
• or damage the reputation of CBC.

CBC reserves the right to suspend or permanently remove members without refund for breaches of these Terms.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CBC is not liable for:

• technical interruptions;
• website outages;
• payment platform issues;
• delayed communications;
• third-party platform failures;
• or losses arising from participation in membership activities.

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights under Australian Consumer Law.

By participating in Support Crew, members consent to CBC:

• storing relevant membership information;
• communicating via email, SMS or social media where applicable;
• and using personal information in accordance with CBC’s Privacy Policy.

CBC does not sell personal information to third parties.

CBC may update these Terms & Conditions at any time.

Updated versions will take effect once published on the CBC website.

Continued participation in Support Crew constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
