This document sets out the terms and conditions that govern the draw to win a 1oz Wedge-Tailed Eagle Silver Super Incused Rose Gold Coin (the Competition) run by Coin by Coin Ltd ABN 72 689 626 097 (the Promoter).

By submitting an entry for the Competition, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

The Competition is not open to residents of Western Australia (WA) due to differing state regulations.

The Competition will commence on 19 March 2026 at 10:00am AEDT (Commencement Date) and will end on 15 June 2026 at 8:30pm AEST (End Date), unless all tickets sell out earlier.

If all tickets are sold before the End Date, the draw will be conducted within 48 hours of the final ticket being sold.

An announcement confirming the draw date and time will be made on the Coin by Coin Prize Hub Facebook group and/or the Promoter's website.

Entry is open to all individuals residing in Australia who:

(i) are 18 years of age or older
(ii) are citizens or permanent residents located in VIC, ACT, NSW, NT, QLD, SA or TAS
(iii) agree to the Promoter’s Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy located at:

Each person who satisfies the above criteria will be considered an Eligible Entrant.

The maximum number of entries per Eligible Entrant is unlimited, subject to ticket availability.

The entry price for the Competition is $2 per ticket.

Payment must be completed through the RaffleLink platform using the available payment options at the time of entry.

Eligible Entrants may participate in the Competition by accessing the official raffle page hosted on the RaffleLink platform and purchasing one or more available tickets.

Each ticket purchased through the RaffleLink platform corresponds to one (1) entry in the Competition.

Eligible Entrants may purchase multiple entries, subject to ticket availability at the time of purchase.

All entries must be completed and paid for through the RaffleLink platform using the payment methods available on that platform.

An entry will only be considered valid once payment has been successfully processed and confirmed by the RaffleLink system.

Entrants will receive confirmation of their entry via the RaffleLink platform.

Entries are automatically recorded and validated by the RaffleLink system once payment has been successfully processed.

Entries that are unpaid, incomplete, or unsuccessful in payment processing will not be included in the draw.

Coin by Coin Ltd does not manually generate, alter, or assign raffle entries, as all entries are created automatically through the RaffleLink platform.

Once an entry has been successfully processed and confirmed through the RaffleLink platform, it cannot be withdrawn, changed, or cancelled, except where required by Australian Consumer Law.

Entrants are responsible for ensuring that their details are correct at the time of purchase.

Refunds will not be issued except:

• where required under Australian Consumer Law
• where the Competition is cancelled by the Promoter

If the Competition is cancelled, all entry fees will be refunded in full to the original payment method within seven (7) business days.

The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all entrants and may disqualify any entrant who:

• provides false or misleading information
• breaches these Terms and Conditions
• engages in abusive, fraudulent, or disruptive conduct

Disqualified entries will be removed from the draw and entry fees will not be refunded.

The Competition will comprise a draw conducted through the RaffleLink platform, where the winner will be selected through a fully automated and randomised electronic draw system from all valid entries.

One (1) entrant will be selected as the Winner.

Coin by Coin Ltd does not manually influence, alter, or control the draw process.

The draw will take place on 15 June 2026 at 8:30pm AEST, or earlier if all tickets sell out prior to this date.

The result of the draw will be announced on the Coin by Coin Prize Hub Facebook group and/or the Promoter's website.

If all entries sell out before the End Date, the Promoter reserves the right to conduct the draw earlier, within 48 hours of the final ticket being sold.

The prize that will be awarded to the Winner is:

$100 worth of Uber vouchers

Recommended Retail Price (RRP): $345 AUD

All prize values are listed in Australian Dollars.

All taxes or government charges (excluding GST) that may arise as a result of receiving the prize are the sole responsibility of the Winner.

The prize is awarded “as is” and may not come with a manufacturer warranty as it is not being sold as a retail product.

The prize cannot be exchanged for cash or credit.

The Promoter will publish the winner on:

https://coinbycoin.org.au and in the Coin by Coin Prize Hub Facebook group, and the Coin by Coin Raffles Australia Facebook group within two (2) days of the draw.

The Winner will also be notified using the contact details provided at the time of entry through the RaffleLink platform, which may include:

• email
• phone number
• other registered contact methods

Once notified, the Winner must provide the Promoter with the following details:

• full name
• contact number
• email address
• postal address

The Promoter will dispatch the prize via registered post within 7 days of receiving confirmation of these details.

If the Prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond the Promoter’s control, the Promoter may substitute the Prize with another prize of equal or greater value.

The Prize is not redeemable for cash.

If the Winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within 30 days of the Announcement, the Prize will be forfeited and the Promoter may conduct a new random draw.

The Promoter will collect personal information from Eligible Entrants for the purpose of conducting the Competition and promoting future competitions.

Personal information may be shared with regulatory authorities and service providers where necessary to conduct the Competition.

By entering the Competition, entrants consent to the use of their personal information for these purposes.

12. GENERAL CONDITIONS

(a) The Promoter accepts no responsibility for late, lost or misdirected entries or other
communications.
(b) Should an Eligible Entrant’s contact details change during the Competition Period, it is
the Eligible Entrant’s responsibility to notify the Promoter. An Eligible Entrant should
direct any request to access or modify any information provided as part of the redemption
of a prize to the Promoter.
(c) The Promoter may at their absolute discretion request verification of any personal
information of Eligible Entrants provided for the purposes of the Competition and
arranging a prize.
(d) Winners have up to
30 days to collect the Prize. If the Prize is not collected
in this period, CBC will conduct a new draw.

(e) The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any individual who breaches these terms
and conditions, or who is involved in any way in interfering or tampering with the fair and
proper conduct of this Competition. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights
does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
(f) By entering this Competition, Eligible Entrants acknowledge and agree that these terms
and conditions, the Competition and the consequences of receiving a prize may be
subject to the terms and conditions of third-party service providers such as social media
platforms, video platforms, payment providers and transfer companies (Third Party
Terms). The Promoter will not be liable for any damage or loss suffered by the Eligible
Entrants in connection with such Third Party Terms.
(g) Participants in the Competition may have rights under the Australian Consumer Law and
other similar legislation which cannot be excluded, restricted or modified by the Promoter.
These terms and conditions do not exclude, restrict or limit those statutory rights in any
way. However, to the maximum extent that it is permitted to do so by law, the Promoter
(including its officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability whether arising in tort
(including without limitation negligence), contract or otherwise for any personal injury or
any other loss or damage (including without limitation loss of opportunity or loss of profits)
whether direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the
Competition, including, without limitation:
(i) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference;
(ii) any entry that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after
the receipt by the Promoter) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control
of The Promoter;
(iii) any variation in market value of the Prize to that stated in these terms and
conditions;
(iv) any tax implications; and/or
(v) the Prize or any use of the Prize.
(h) Eligible Entrants and winners of the Competition agree at all times to indemnify and hold
harmless the Promoter and its officers, employees and agents (“those indemnified”)
from and against any loss (including reasonable legal costs) or liability incurred or
suffered by any of those indemnified where such loss or liability was caused by the
Eligible Entrants and/or winners or their officers’, employees’ or agents’:
(i) breach of any term of these terms and conditions; or
(ii) negligent, fraudulent or criminal act or omission.
(h) The Promoter will not be liable for performance delays nor for non-performance due to
causes beyond their reasonable control. If the Competition is not capable of running as
planned, the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to take any action that may
be available to it, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Competition, or amend
these terms and conditions, unless to do so would be prohibited by law.
(i) This is a game of chance, based on a randomised draw of Eligible Entrants who can be
selected to win the Prize in the relevant Competition. It does not require any
demonstration of skill and will not be subject to any assessment before a winner is
selected.
(j) To the extent permissible, these terms and conditions are governed by the laws applying
in Queensland, Australia; as the Competition is being conducted from this State.
(k) This Competition is void where prohibited or restricted by law.
